Please read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join_ Please read them carefully. By purchasing a Membership to "Bubbles Plus Inc." D.B.A. "Sample Road Auto Spa" you became a Subscriber and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (die "Agreement"). This agreement is subject to change by Bubbles Plus Inc. D.B.A. Sample Rbad Auto Spa at any time, and changes are effective without individual notice upon each Subscriber. Any such changes will be posted here at this Location.
By submitting your credit/debit card ("Bank Card") data to Bubbles Plus lnc. D.B.A.. Sample Road Auto Spa, you authorize Bubbles Plus Inc. D.B.A. Sample Road Auto Spa to initiate debit entries against your bank or credit card account, and the bank or credit card provider to debit the same of such account. Billing will be handled by Bubbles Plus Inc. D.B.A Sample Road Auto Spa Account Receivables Department. This authority is to remain in force and in effect for the monthly payment
amount as indicated in the signup form on a month to month basis, or until we had received written notification from you of it's termination in such time and in such a manner as to afford the company reasonable time to act on it (10 Days Minimum).
Debit entries that are returned by your bank or credit card provider are subject to a return Check/item charge of $ 25.00 or the maximum amount allowed by state law. Such returned check/item charge shall be automatically deducted against your bank account/credit card provider.
Such returned check/ item charge shall terminate your Membership automatically.
